Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
- Delhi NCR: 1–3 business days
- Other major cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Charges Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment. We offer free shipping on select products and orders above a certain value.
Shipping Partners We ship pan-India using trusted logistics partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, and other reputed couriers to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this to track your order on the courier's website.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours at info.aurapurex@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
